Bryanna joined the insurance industry in December 2025 and has been with the agency since then, beginning a new chapter after spending nine years in the same customer service role. Ready for a fresh challenge, she wanted something that would push her out of her comfort zone while giving her the opportunity to learn and grow. Insurance was a field she had always been curious about, and when the timing felt right, she decided to explore it further.

What Bryanna enjoys most about being part of the team is the supportive and knowledgeable environment, which makes it an ideal place to learn. She brings nine years of call center customer service experience, where she developed strong communication, listening, and problem-solving skills that allow her to confidently navigate client questions, address concerns, and ensure clients feel supported.

Driven and naturally curious, Bryanna enjoys learning and isn’t afraid to ask questions in order to grow and do her best. Outside of work, she spends much of the summer at the racetrack, as her husband and father-in-law race drag cars, providing both busy weekends and quality family time. She also enjoys cooking and experimenting with new recipes—though baking remains a challenge—as well as listening to music, podcasts, and reading for both learning and enjoyment. A fun fact clients might not know is that Bryanna has an impressive memory for random details, often remembering names, faces, dates, and situations long after others have forgotten them.
