Katie has been in the insurance industry for one year and has spent that time with the agency. She was drawn to a career in insurance because of the continuing education opportunities it offers and the ability to continually grow her knowledge. Katie especially enjoys working with clients during times of need and takes pride in helping ease their worries by providing support, clarity, and reassurance.

As a licensed Customer Service Representative with a Property and Casualty license, Katie brings both technical knowledge and compassion to her role. One of her greatest strengths is her ability to empathize with others, allowing her to connect with clients on a personal level and better understand their concerns.

Outside of work, Katie enjoys reading in her downtime and making lasting memories with her family. A fun fact clients might not know is that she studied psychology, a background that continues to influence her thoughtful and understanding approach when working with others.
