Madilyn has been in the insurance industry for about five months and has been with Meyer Insurance since the beginning of 2026. She was drawn to insurance because of the people and the opportunity for meaningful customer interaction. Madilyn enjoys helping others, working with the public, and finding options that truly benefit clients. Her approach is shaped by her background in food service, where she knew the menu inside and out and focused on guiding people toward choices they would enjoy—a mindset she proudly brings into her work in insurance.

What Madilyn enjoys most about being part of the team is the supportive and collaborative environment. She values working in a place where team members help one another, questions are welcomed, and new employees are supported through training without judgment. This positive atmosphere allows her to continue learning while confidently serving clients.

Madilyn is currently working toward her Associate Degree in Financial Services and plans to continue her education by pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, with hopes of advancing further in the field. She brings a sunny personality and a strong attention to detail to the agency, balancing warmth and positivity with a careful, thorough approach to her work to ensure nothing is overlooked.

Outside of work, Madilyn enjoys fiber crafts such as knitting and crochet, along with writing fiction and practicing figure drawing. She treasures weekly Sunday meals with her family and values that time together. A fun fact clients might not know is that she once had a working knowledge of Greek in high school and is currently learning Spanish and Italian.
